We had a good comfortable stay. Location is very central & having the station so close is a real bonus.

Location was excellant.

We had a broken shower head & kettle in our room, after reporting they were very prompt to replace & repair. After which the shower was great.

Lifts very hard to work with some not working properly. Check in was very slow and we were given the wrong rooms

Great location!

Loved the location to the Lavender MRT. Breakfast each morning was phenomenal and the views from the breakfast terrace were great.

The room was quite small, but that's what you get when working with the budget we had. Other than that, would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was excellent. MRT was close. It was close to eating joints. Rooms were not spacious but were well maintained. The Wifi service was pathetic. We expected a better connection speed for the price that we were paying.

Wifi speed was pathetic. There was practically no room service. We called 2-3 times for small requests, it either did not come or was very slow.

Leisure with family

Location of the hotel. Luggage storage facility after checkout

The bell-boys asking me to pickup my luggage and take it to my room though the reception staff told me that the bell-boys would take it up to the room. While I didn't need their help with my luggage and prefer to do it myself what I didn't like was the rude and arrogant attitude. Waiting to get a lift can be time-consuming

Good but noisy

Overall it was good, well located and room is nice.

A lot of noise at night in the corridors. In fact, we can hear quite a lot through the door/walls.

Easy check in and check out, comfy bed. Was so happy that the one who assisted us in the reception is a fellow Filipino. Area is great with a lot of food shops.

Good location

location is great.

Could be under staff and causing overall service is not that great. All our room cards (9 of them) were disabled on 2nd days and being told was our fault put the card closed to phone. This does not make sense at all. Room was not made up and pantry was not refill at all even have put on the ‘Make Up’ indicator.

Best spot. Not too far from the airport and the city. Right on top of Lavender station. Right next to a good Kopitiam food court.

The rooms are actually very very small. There is only 1 bedside table. Even though there's a little space for 2. It makes it a little inconvenient for 1 person.

Overall a good stay but can be improve

I love that the hotel is near a lot of food and the staff was so efficient from the check in to check out process

The room was not entirely clean as we saw used slippers under the bed and also under the bed was quite dusty. Maybe would have been better if the cleanliness were to be improve

V Lavender Hotel is one of the best hotel to stay in. Budget but dont feel like budget.

Location is the most valuable review in this review. It cannot beat the location of the hotel. Straight up Lavender MRT station beneath, with a lot of food options around the hotel. This is the one of the reason we are staying in V Lavender Hotel and we are a repeat customer for the hotel. I have been using V Lavender Hotel 3 times in the last 7 years. Reception also very helpful now compare to the last time I stayed in this hotel. The duty manager by the name of Jason, who worked on the 2nd October 2022, was really nice and helpful. I was trying to get a taxi early in the morning, like 4am and was pretty hard to get one, he was the one that helped us getting the taxi. Hats off to you mate. We will come back to V Lavender or Bencoolen Hotel again. Room was not ca complain at all, it is small, but it is what it is, it is enough for 2 people, and 2 large check-in baggage.

Floor level 15, try to avoid this level at all cost. The cigarette smell, hit straight to your nose once you got out from the elevator. lucky, the hotel room was okay, just the problem is the air conditioner, it was just so damn humid the first night we arrived there, and asked the maintenance guy to make it colder, it was just way goddang colder. The room temperature control was just not working at all. Set on 28, and still feel like bloody 17 degrees. Dont mind with that, but I think the aircon should be able to be adjusted at least. This hotel is getting old. I think really need refurbishment in the near future, hopefully when I go to V Lavender Hotel for next trip, they dont give me level 15 floor anymore. Level 15 floor please give extra cleanliness and try to get rid of the cigarette odor.
